Your mission
- Manage and coordinate customer requests from various channels (email, CRM) - Ensure customer follow-up by phone and email - Support and relieve Product Managers in preparing offers - - Prepare offers and item overviews - - Follow up on offers - - Obtain offers from our technology partner Parker - Support Product Managers in managing and maintaining the assortment - - Data management in ERP and PIM (product information system) - - Item management (creation, discount structures, end-of-line items, delivery times, etc.) - Close collaboration and coordination with product management, order processing, sales, customers and suppliers
Your profile
- Completed commercial training - Several years of experience in internal sales, offer preparation and collaboration with suppliers - Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Navision - Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong customer focus - Technical aptitude, flexibility and high autonomy - Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of German
