Technical & Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)

• Your key responsibilities
• You will play an active role in supporting the daily technical and logistical operations.
• You will assist with the setup, maintenance, and transportation of equipment and materials, ensuring that everything is prepared for smooth daily operations.
• A key part of your role will be transporting materials and supplies between the Badrutt's Palace Hotel and the Paradiso Mountain Club.
• Your primary workplace will be the Paradiso Mountain Club, where you will carry out most of your day-to-day responsibilities.
• You will ensure that vehicles, tools, and technical equipment are maintained and ready for use.
• You will coordinate logistical tasks and support operational teams whenever needed.
• You will follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• From time to time, you will also take on additional operational tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Whenever needed, you will provide operational support during the daily lunch service.

What you bring to the job

For this diverse and dynamic position, you ideally bring

• High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
• Valid Category D1 driving licence (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in technical support, logistics, or a similar operational role is an advantage.
• Affinity for mountain environments and snow.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Our offer
• Fixed-term seasonal contract starting in mid-November 2026, running until early April 2027, with the opportunity to return for future seasons.
• 5-day working week, averaging 43.5 hours.
• 5 weeks of holiday and 6 public holidays per year (pro rata).
• 13th salary from the start date (pro rata temporis).
