The Position

This is a role based in Lugano for a Corporate/M&A Lawyer (m/f). You will be responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other corporate matters, often cooperating with colleagues within the firm as well as corresponding firms abroad. Daily tasks include drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic legal advice.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law and Bar admission
• Native Italian speaker with excellent German skills or native German speaker with excellent Italian skills, along with strong English proficiency in both written and spoken forms
• Demonstrated interest in cross-border legal issues and a commitment to continuous learning through on-the-job training and seminars
• Strong team spirit and loyalty, with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional and supportive environment
• Highly motivated to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism
