Overview
In this role you will advise multinational clients on domestic and international employment matters, handling complex HR and transactional issues. You will lead on multi-jurisdictional projects and collaborate with HR and in-house teams to implement global or regional initiatives. The position combines advisory work, transactions, and litigation leadership to shape workforce strategies and protect client interests. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advising on automatic transfer and related consequences
- Advising on automatic transfer information and consultation requirements
- Advising on issues such as protection against dismissal, changes to terms, worker representation elections, and protective awards
- Drafting and negotiating relevant provisions; providing general transactional support
- Advising on redundancy procedures and consultation requirements in individual and collective contexts
- Handled day-to-day queries including terminations, settlement agreements, disciplinary procedures, sickness absence, performance management, whistleblowing, internal investigations, policy reviews, and data protection
- Leading on global or multi-jurisdictional HR projects and transactions
- Taking the lead in managing employment-related claims, offering strategic advice, managing conciliation hearings, and considering merits and settlements
