As the Production Planning & Control Specialist you are a member of Customer Fulfillment team, reporting to the CF Teamleader. You will contribute to the success of Ball by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries, close and continuous collaboration with all relevant customers and employees, and coordinating for lid and packaging material movements. Your Key Responsibilities Include
Logical sequencing of the decor to be produced to ensure on-time delivery in batch sizes adapted to demand and forecasts, as far as the conditions allow. Properly managing all issued production orders. Timely production and immediate contact with the customer in case of foreseeable delays. Promptly responding to received letters and phone calls. Strict adherence to agreements made. Promptly forwarding all received complaints and claims to the relevant responsible parties. What are we looking for
Commercial education with experience at high school level. Job related experience for 2 year(s) minimum. High customer focus. Proficiency in SAP. Fluent in English and German. Work Environment
The role is primarily onsite in Ludesch (3 days office / 2 days remote after onboarding). Hiring Rate
51,400 – 74,000 EUR gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies, while taking into account internal equity and the M+E NRW collective bargaining agreement. Bonus Plan
