Recruitment Consultant – Dubai (French & German Required)

As part of the development of our EMEA activities, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer to join our Dubai office. This role combines business development and recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on developing new client relationships and supporting technical recruitment projects across the railway, construction and civil engineering sectors. Your responsibilities Develop and open new client accounts across EMEA markets Actively prospect and acquire new clients through phone-based business development and direct outreach Identify recruitment needs within railway, construction, civil engineering and industrial companies Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients Conduct remote client meetings and present recruitment solutions Source, approach and assess qualified candidates Manage recruitment assignments from A to Z Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process Your profile : Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency or executive search firm is mandatory Experience recruiting within the railway, construction, civil engineering or technical industries is highly preferred Fluent French, English and German are mandatory Comfortable with business development, cold calling and client acquisition Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Autonomous, entrepreneurial and proactive personality Willingness to work in a fast-growing international environment What we offer : A key role in the growth and development of the company A highly entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy International exposure across railway, construction and engineering markets Attractive compensation package with performance-based incentives
