You act as a reliable contact for brokers and clients on admin and accounting matters, and ensure smooth end-to-end processes. You prepare key information for underwriting decisions and handle policy payments with care. You contribute to service quality through clear documentation and proper filing of contracts, helping the team scale in a dynamic environment.
