ppPrivate Banking Relationship Analyst – Poland (BSISA) /p /brpCountry: Switzerland /p /brh3Potential Responsibilities /h3 /brol /brliCustomer service, helping on: /brul /brliProvide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal Compliance matters /li /brliMonitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up /li /brliChecking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc. /li /brliAddressing request for payment instructions /li /brliProcess applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit Cards /li /br /ul /br /li /brliOperations and Back Office, supporting on: /brul /brliEnsure close collaboration with various departments including Onboarding, Legal Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office. /li /brliMonitoring and verifying that all the transactions requested have been completed/processed by the operations department. /li /brliFX transactions and wire transfers management /li /brliNew accounts and Updates /li /brliPrepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and other members of Front Office Team. /li /br /ul /br /li /br /ol /brh3Profile /h3 /brpFormal Academic Education: i.e. bachelor’s degree /p /brp1-4 years of relevant experience in financial and banking industry in the following fields: customer service, operations, compliance, back office, dealing with internal and external clients, preparation of reports and customer visits. /p /brpStrong technical knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance Software: good use of Office tools. /p /brpGood planning and organizational skills/problem-solving approach. /p /brpDynamic, pro-active, and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner. /p /brpAdaptable, personable team player with “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills. Teamwork and team spirit focused. Eager to learn. /p /brh3Languages /h3 /brpLanguages Languages: Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
