• Define the strategy, vision and roadmap for Open Banking & Verification of Payee products
• Translate product roadmap into minimum viable product iterations
• Quickly become an expert in the problem space – relying on relationships with SMEs
• Review existing products and workflows for new opportunities
• Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Banfico has a market leading product
• Perform demos and presentations to potential customers and key internal stakeholders
• Push the bar higher for how we work, continually identifying and mobilising improvements

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a B2B FinTech
• Work experience in the fintech background / payment background
• Overseen product development under agile practice & strong believer in MVP/MSP
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work Builds great, lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
• Deep analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
