AsWorkplace Operations Engineerat Bank J. Safra Sarasin you arepart of our Workplace Engineering Teamand provideWindows Endpoint related infrastructure services. You actively support our projects with a strong commitment to continuous learning and are prepared to assume operational responsibilities within an international context.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support of our services (dispatching, fixing and monitoring using incident management tool)
- Coordinate and improve tasks between Workplace engineering team and 1st-level support enabling increase of first level resolution
- Perform compliance reports (policies, monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, threat protection) in the workplace environment
- Setup and distribute applications on endpoints
- Support the on-call organization as a member
Your Profile
- University degree (university / FH) in Information Technology or completed apprenticeship asComputer Scientist (EFZ), applications from recent college graduates and apprenticeship program graduates are welcome
- 2years of practical experience in the field ofWorkplace Engineering
- Successful track record inITIL methodology v3
- Knowledge inMicrosoft Windows, CVAD, SCCM, GPOs, AD, and PowerShell is required
- Hands-on mentality and motivationto develop professionally
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
