As Investment Solution Advisor you partner with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) across a defined location to sharpen and improve client portfolios. You analyse books, identify concrete opportunities, build institutional-quality proposals, and drive their implementation together with the front office.
Your Responsibilities
Analyse multi-asset portfolios to drive optimization through strategic mandate and fund switches, alternative investment integration, and enhanced risk‑adjusted diversification
Translate the CIO and Research view into portfolio‑specific recommendations and build tailored Strategic Portfolio Solutions (SPS) proposals for our clients
Run structured conversion initiatives across discretionary mandates, mutual funds and private markets, in close collaboration with the front office.
Combine your own strategic initiative to build your opportunity pipeline with the team’s overall strategic approach
Build and maintain a strong CRM network, strengthening trust in our in‑house solutions, and incorporating customer feedback into our offerings
Your Profile
At least 6 years of professional experience in private banking, wealth or asset management, in a role as an investment specialist, advisor, portfolio management or investment consultant
University degree in finance, economics or a related field. CFA, CMT or CAIA certification is a plus
Strong portfolio analysis skills across different asset classes (SAA/TAA construction); ability to identify gaps in the portfolio and propose measures for improvement
Sound knowledge of private markets, alternative investments and discretionary mandate solutions
Proficiency in using portfolio analysis tools. Knowledge of Bloomberg and advanced Excel skills are required. Knowledge of Edgelab or a comparable portfolio construction tool is a strong advantage
Charismatic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, combined with a hands‑on approach
Fluent in English; fluent in German or French, depending on the location
