Technical Lead Software Engineer

Your Role

As Technical Lead Software Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are passionate about building crafted scalable, efficient and sustainable software and provide cutting-edge, high-quality digital experiences to our internal and external clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of robust, scalable systems using the latest market technologies
• Design and implement extensions to the existing e-banking back-end solution
• Refactor and optimize the current code-base to improve robustness, scalability and maintainability
• Migrate to new technologies, platforms and language features, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing updates
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to foster skill growth and team excellence

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
• 10 years of practical experience in the field of Senior Software Engineering using C#
• Excellent in Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and excellent .NET 8.0 knowledge
• Ability to work with various stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Capability to work independently as well as ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English
