Overview The Account Manager Private Banking (AM PB) supports Relationship Managers by managing client administration, documentation, and day‑to‑day operations. The AM PB ensures high‑quality client service and acts as an independent liaison with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold high standards, including client identification documents, account opening forms, and legal agreements. Perform operational account management, clear system alerts, and, when necessary, coordinate with RMs for investment‑related advice. Participate in client meetings and, where appropriate, lead parts of the meeting such as documentation, compliance, and client requests. Keep client key data current in CRM and other data sets, coordinating with RMs to ensure correct relationship maintenance. Interact with clients independently and professionally in all account‑management aspects. Provide proactive support to RMs and Team Heads in relationship tasks (systems, applications, processes, documents) with high quality, precision, and timeliness. Cover client interactions during team absences, ensuring continuity of service. Prepare presentations, draft investment proposals, and support marketing activities. Create customized information, reports, and statistics for clients. Manage the RM/TH calendar, organise client meetings, business trips, and post‑processing of meetings or trips. Lead internal projects affecting account relationships, resolve administrative issues, and maintain relevant systems and documentation. Share information, ideas, findings, and research to improve processes and increase productivity and quality. Organise work efficiently, maintain compliance, and document tasks at all times. Advise on process and system improvements based on experience or incidents. Proactively manage the expense claim process for RMs and Team Heads. Assist in risk and compliance management by raising concerns, following up, and escalating when needed. Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies regarding new account openings, payment instructions, and client interactions. Document client interactions and orders correctly in tools such as CRM and DiAS. Qualifications Commercial apprenticeship and a related higher degree (e.g., Bachelor, CFA, AZEK, CAIA). 4–5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in a bank. Proven track record of servicing complex banking clients, including onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships. Several years of experience in compliance, with knowledge of current regulations and KYC requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for presentations, spreadsheets, and routine tasks. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory; German and Russian are advantages. Service‑oriented, discreet, responsible, and adaptable.
