Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. /ppWe are looking for a Compliance Investigation and Fraud Prevention Detection Specialist to join our Employee Compliance Team within Central Compliance. /ppThe team is responsible for the Conduct Framework, monitoring and promoting effective governance and ensuring highest standards of Compliance across our operations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct complex compliance‑related policy breach investigations in close collaboration with various internal functions globally. /liliIdentify and present findings and mitigating measures by way of concise reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. /liliContribute to the development and maintenance of the compliance conduct framework to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with policies, guidelines and processes. /liliSupport the maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Fraud Prevention Detection Framework. /liliPerform 2nd line Fraud Controls and quality assurance of 1st line controls. /liliAdvise internal stakeholders on Fraud incidents and propose mitigating measures (incl. investigation of external Fraud incidents). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor/Master in Finance, Law, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 3 years of experience in or related to the financial industry with special expertise in investigations, compliance or financial crime. /liliSolid understanding of key fraud risks in a private banking context. /liliExperience in conducting investigations. /liliStrong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. /liliProactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
