Lead efforts to optimize capital and risk management, driving efficiency and supporting the broader organizational goals.## **YOUR CHALLENGE*** Oversee and execute daily treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity management, funding, and financial risk mitigation* Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures in alignment with corporate strategies and regulatory requirements* Analyze financial markets and company data to forecast trends and assess financial risks, supporting strategic financial planning* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize financial structures and processes, enhancing financial stability and growth* Prepare detailed financial reporting and analysis for senior management and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making* Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through leading by example## **YOUR PROFILE*** Relevant advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, and professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to oversee complex financial data and economic conditions* Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel* Experienced in automating and optimizing processes and analytical workflows* Able to prepare and present information in a clear, audience-specific manner* Experienced in creating intuitive dashboards, with proficiency in Tableau considered an advantage* Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities with keen attention to detail* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in treasury, credit or a related financial roleWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
