We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to lead the evolution of our core Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform (Temenos Triple A). This business-critical system serves as the single source of truth for client holdings, performance reporting, and analytical insights across Julius Baer's digital ecosystem - supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients. In this key role, you will define the global product strategy, target architecture, and delivery roadmap in close collaboration with business units, IT leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and international stakeholders within our Agile Release Train (ART) framework. Reporting into the Digital Business Transformation unit under the COO Office, you will lead a cross-functional, global team responsible for driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the platform. /ph3YOUR CHALLENGE /h3pKey Responsibilities /pulliTake end-to-end ownership of the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis platform, balancing feature delivery, technical enhancement, and production stability. /liliDefine and communicate a clear, future-ready product vision, target state, and multi-year roadmap, aligned with group-wide business objectives and technology standards. /liliCollaborate closely with business partners, architects, and engineering teams to prioritise and deliver high-value capabilities - including advanced valuation methods, performance attribution, risk-adjusted returns and cashflow analytics. /liliLead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, ensuring timely and quality-driven delivery. /liliAct as the primary point of contact between business and technology stakeholders; facilitate decision-making and manage expectations across geographies and functions. /liliChampion DevOps and continuous improvement principles to enhance system resilience, scalability, and automation. /liliServe as the final gatekeeper during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all solutions meet functional, performance, compliance, and usability requirements. /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management, ideally within wealth management, asset management, or investment operations. /liliIn-depth understanding of portfolio accounting concepts, including position valuation, performance measurement, accruals calculation, cashflow analysis and transaction processing. /liliDemonstrated hands-on experience with the Temenos Triple A platform is strongly preferred. /liliProven track record in delivering complex technical projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices. /liliExperience managing distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment; familiarity with APAC, EMEA, and nearshore delivery models is advantageous. /liliStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliAbility to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and influence without direct authority. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pAt Julius Baer, we offer more than just a job - we foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and long-term growth.
