ppWe are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function at Julius Baer, leading end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of positions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer execution. /liliPartner effectively with hiring managers to understand talent needs and co‑develop targeted, inclusive hiring strategies. /liliServe as an ambassador of the Julius Baer employer brand, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders. /liliBuild and maintain talent pools through active networking, social media, and job platforms to meet current and future hiring demands. /liliMaintain strong collaboration with HR and business partners across all levels of the organisation. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. /liliMinimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. /liliProven track record in high‑quality, high‑volume recruitment across diverse roles. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken). /liliProficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Workday or similar HR tools. /liliOrganised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment. /liliPassionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering excellent service. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
