Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help translate strategic ambition into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. You will: /pulliDrive the development and implementation of the Group's long-term strategic direction, aligning strategic programmes across the organisation /liliLead and contribute to high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions /liliDrive strategic intelligence through market, competitor, and internal analyses to inform decision-making and shape the corporate strategy process /liliDesign and deliver strategic initiatives and projects from concept to implementation /liliSupport the strategic cycle, including preparing for strategy offsites, full-year, and half-year results presentations /liliCollaborate with internal teams, including the Front, Finance, COO, Communications, to drive cross-unit projects and initiatives forward and ensure strong delivery and alignment /liliDevelop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO, including presentations, reports, and other key materials /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE /h3pKey qualifications: /pulliA top tier University education, preferably focused on corporate strategy, finance or structured problem solving /lili3–6 years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy or an in-house strategy or corporate development function, ideally in financial services /li /ulpEssential skills: /pulliExcellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences /liliStrong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking /liliAbility to drive smaller projects independently and collaborate effectively across functions /liliDisciplined organization and topic/ project management skills /li /ulpPersonal characteristics: /pulliEntrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, initiative, discipline, self-motivation and execution focus /liliProven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment /li /ulpProficiency in English required; German is an advantage /ppThe international reference in wealth management Julius Baer is the leading Swiss wealth management group.
