Support the implementation and monitoring of the Bank’s sustainability strategy through data analysis, providing a basis for senior management decision making, progress tracking and reporting. Create concise, decision‑oriented materials for senior management, including the Sustainability Committee, Executive Board, and Board of Directors. Develop and maintain sustainability dashboards and management scorecards, providing data‑driven insights to senior management and enabling effective tracking of progress against sustainability‑related strategic priorities. Contribute to the enhancement of sustainability reporting frameworks and processes, and conduct sustainability assessments, including greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and industry requirements. Support environmental and climate risk assessments, including the identification and evaluation of sustainability‑related impacts, risks and opportunities. Support the preparation of the Bank’s non‑financial disclosures by managing data collection, validation, and consolidation, ensuring data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with relevant reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, TCFD). Coordinate and complete annual questionnaires and disclosures for key industry standards and ratings (e.g., UN‑PRI, MSCI). Qualifications
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights. Ability to translate complex analyses into concise, impactful presentations for senior management. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, and a university degree (Master’s preferred) in finance, economics, data analytics, environmental science, or a related field. Experience or academic exposure to sustainability reporting, GHG accounting, ESG analysis, or environmental assessments is an advantage. Strong interest in financial markets, investment trends, and the banking industry, ideally within wealth management. Strong attention to detail with a structured, reliable and quality‑focused approach to work. Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python), familiarity with AI‑enabled analytics and sustainability data platforms is an advantage. Proactive and collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
