Our Flex-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. Your team Join the Credit Risk Management and Control division and become part of the Credit Change & Innovation team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the lending business of Julius Bär and various IT change initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders such as Credit Officers, Legal and Compliance, IT, and many more. Structured thinker with strong analytical skills, able to break down complex problems into manageable components, identify key drivers, and develop actionable recommendations Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position We review applications on a rolling basis.
