In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure software quality, compliance, and successful delivery within project timelines.YOUR CHALLENGEPlans, designs, and oversees software testing activities across the development lifecycleDefines test strategies, coordinates test environments and ensures defect trackingCollaborates with development, business analysts, and project managers to align testing with project goalsManages functional, regression, and none-functional testing processes, ensures compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practicesCoordinates test environment useDrives test automation coverage and capability for automation regression testingHands-on on test execution in hot testing phasesLeads and mentors test team members promoting continuous improvement in test efficiency and coverageYOUR PROFILEProven experience as a Senior Test Manager or Senior Testing Lead in complex IT projects (min. 5 years) and preferred large core banking transformation projectsExcellent knowledge of pricing in the banking sector incl. experience with testing of core banking fee engines (e.g. HOST/T24/Avaloq) or/and testing of satellites feeding into the fee enginesStrong understanding of software testing methodologies (agile, waterfall) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)Experience with test automation frameworks, in particular Selenium, CI/CD integration, and performance testing toolsJava development experience incl. use of Claude CodeRelevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, PMP, or Agile Testing are highly desirableUnderstanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CDGood communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & can-do spiritFast learner and understanding of business contextYou take pride of your work and strive to lead by exampleAble to communicate with business and technical stakeholdersFluency in English (verbal/written)Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, SQL (Oracle), React/Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, Kubernetes (PKS) and Virtual Machines, Streaming using Kafka, Avro, Open API, UMLWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
