Our focus on combining cutting-edge technology with innovative solutions means we consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients.We want to hear from you if you are:A highly motivated individualClient-centric and able to advocate on their behalfAble to challenge the status quoCollaborative with peers and influential with diverse points of viewInnovative with forward-thinking ideasResponsibilitiesAs a Treasury Sales Officer, you will deliver integrated treasury solutions to existing and prospective German HQ Large Corporate Clients, including international Cash & Liquidity Management, Transactional FX, Merchant Services, Commercial Card, and Trade Finance.This role, based in Frankfurt, reports to the Managing Director, Head of Large Corporate Sales for Northern Europe, focusing on German and Austrian clients. The team manages approximately 50 clients with 4 TSO\’s, 2 Treasury Sales Associates, and 1 Treasury Sales Analyst. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Banking, GPS Product Managers, and Fulfillment & Service teams.Key responsibilities include managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams, increasing product penetration, and consulting on sales opportunities to deliver the best solutions.Role activities include:Managing relationships and sales for a portfolio of large corporate clients across GermanyDeveloping existing and new client relationships to generate business opportunities and revenueEngaging in client calling, proposals, and pitches to enhance revenueConsulting with clients to identify needs and match Bank resources to drive growthLeading pricing and negotiation discussionsPlanning client and portfolio strategies to ensure responsible revenue and profitabilityPartnering with internal teams to develop customized treasury solutionsActing as liaison with various departments including Investment Banking, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and OperationsUnderstanding client objectives and matching Bank capabilities to develop opportunitiesProviding feedback for product development and market insightsEnsuring alignment with corporate banking strategies and compliance standardsRepresenting the bank at industry and client eventsDriving digital adoption and managing strategic client dialoguesMaintaining in-depth industry and client knowledgeContributing to marketing efforts and external visibilityParticipating in regional and global planning and strategyOverseeing sales pipeline and revenue analysisProviding briefing for senior management and managing day-to-day client relationshipsLeading and coaching sales team membersWhat we are looking forFamiliarity with the German financial landscape, GPS products, and European treasury management experienceStrong communication skills in English and GermanExperience in treasury management sales, including cash management, liquidity, FX, and trade financeAccount management skills and ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to manage priorities and ensure client satisfactionUnderstanding of regulatory environment and risk managementNumerate with good business acumenAccountability and relationship-building skillsEffective presentation skills for internal and external audiencesAdditional InformationBank of America emphasizes good conduct and sound judgment.
