The team manages approximately 50 clients with 4 TSO’s, 2 Treasury Sales Associates, and 1 Treasury Sales Analyst. The team collaborates closely with Corporate Banking and GPS Product teams.Key responsibilities include managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams, increasing product penetration, and partnering with stakeholders to identify sales opportunities. This requires product knowledge and relationship management experience to deliver optimal solutions.Role activities include:Managing relationships with a portfolio of Large Corporate Clients across GermanyDeveloping existing client relationships and generating new business opportunitiesConducting client calls, presentations, proposals, and pitches to enhance revenueConsulting with clients to identify needs and matching Bank resources to develop solutionsDriving revenue and pipeline growth aligned with goalsLeading pricing and negotiation discussionsPlanning client engagement to promote revenue, balance sheet growth, and profitabilityPartnering with internal teams to develop tailored treasury solutionsActing as liaison with various internal departmentsUnderstanding client objectives and matching Bank capabilities to develop opportunitiesProviding feedback for product development and market insightsAligning client growth strategies with Corporate Banking colleaguesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirementsRepresenting the bank at industry and client eventsPromoting digital adoption and managing strategic client dialoguesMaintaining industry and client expertiseContributing to marketing efforts to enhance visibilityParticipating in industry events externallySupporting portfolio strategy and planningOverseeing sales pipeline and revenue analysisPreparing briefings for senior managementManaging day-to-day client relationship decisionsSupporting team development, including Treasury Sales Associates and AnalystsWhat we are looking forFamiliarity with the German financial landscape, GPS knowledge, and European treasury management experienceStrong communication skills in English and GermanExperience in treasury management and sales, including cash management, liquidity, trade finance, FX, etc.Account management and partnership-building skillsAbility to manage priorities and maintain client satisfactionRisk management skillsInternational treasury experience and product knowledgeAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of regulatory environment affecting banking servicesNumeracy and business acumenAccountability and ownershipRelationship-building and influencing skillsStrong presentation skillsBank of AmericaWe emphasize conduct, judgment, and accountability.
