The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.\\n \\nThe role of the function is to coordinate and execute investment operations (acquisition, commitment, transfer, etc.) for private equity and real estate funds (PERE), ensuring that deadlines are met. The function is the main point of contact for fund managers. Working closely with the custodian bank team is essential. \\n \\n\\n\\n\\n\\nYour role\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nExecute and coordinate Private Assets transactions including direct transactions.\\nMonitor the cash flows and document flows for the investments.\\nMonitor the holding chain of these investments.\\nCoordinate audit requests relating to investments and provide the necessary documents.\\nRespond to client requests and ensure high-quality contact with other departments.\\nInvolved in numerous development projects carried out by the department.\\nProviding periodic reports to clients and partners.\\nCoordinating execution with bank back offices.\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n\\nYour profile\\n\\n\\n \\nQualifications and experience:\\n \\n\\nUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Law or Management\\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in similar position (FA/TA) or working in the custody business. \\n\\nSpecific knowledge:\\n \\n\\nKnowledge of regulations governing Luxembourg funds.\\nExcellent grasp of alternative products (PERE).\\nSkilled user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.).\\nKnowledge of Efront / Avaloq.\\n\\nLanguage skills:\\n \\n\\nFluent in French and English.\\n\\nPersonal qualities:\\n \\n\\nOrganization skills.\\nFlexibility.\\nSolution orientation.\\nTeam-spirit.\\nAutonomy.\\nExcellent interaction skills with clients.\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n\\nNote\\n\\n\\n \\nWe will not accept any CVs from agencies.\\nIn accordance with the provisions of the Luxembourg law of 23 July 2016 amending the law of 29 March 2013, candidates may be required to provide an extract from their criminal record.
