Overview
In this front-office role, you will manage and optimize risk across exotic trading books while actively driving P&L through disciplined positioning. You will execute complex strategies, ensure robust pricing and timely execution, and collaborate with Sales, Structuring and Technology to enhance trading capabilities. The position supports franchise growth, cross-continental activity, and scaling of the business within a motivated, international team. You will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and deliver high-impact trading solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Execute and manage trading strategies on complex exotic structures with hedging and risk allocation
- Ensure robust pricing and marking standards

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Strong trading profile with risk-taking mindset and growth ambition
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in exotic derivatives trading in a competitive environment
- Quantitative and risk-focused mindset with book management experience
- Precision and strong attention to detail
- Ability to combine trading discipline with commercial awareness
- Programming background or Python expertise in a financial context
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with franchise development or platform expansion experience
- Knowledge of AQDQ and/or FX is a plus
