Overview
In this role you act as the subject matter expert for Avaloq Accounting and the ePOCA securities sub-ledger, driving end-to-end instruments accounting and continuous improvements. You will shape the accounting setup to reflect regulatory changes and new business needs, while supporting finance transformation initiatives. You collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate booking, valuation, and reconciliation, and you deliver reliable accounting data to Group Finance and local statutory reporting. You join a cross-functional, growth-minded Finance Hub Zurich focused on high-quality reporting and process automation.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as SME for Avaloq Accounting and ePOCA securities sub-ledger
- Own end-to-end instruments accounting processes in sub-ledger (import transactions, export booking items)
- Maintain and enhance Avaloq and ePOCA setups to reflect requirements and regulatory changes
- Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation in securities accounting
- Support the accounting team to ensure accurate booking, valuation, and reconciliation of financial instruments
- Deliver accounting data and reporting for Group Finance, statutory reporting, Tax, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, FINMA and internal control requirements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Broad experience with sub-ledger systems in banking (SAP TRM, ePOCA, Avaloq)
- Strong background in securities accounting and investment operations (corporate actions, income events, position movements)
- Experience with data warehouse reporting or similar data sources (desirable)
- Knowledge of tax accounting related to financial instruments (advantage)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and reporting solutions or data warehouses (desirable)
- Proven project and transformation experience, preferably with SAP TRM or sub-ledger implementations
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive hands-on
