Overview
In this role you design, build, and operate a scalable DevOps platform and developer workplaces in Zurich. You streamline automation through CI/CD, IaC, and self-service tooling while shaping a secure, efficient development ecosystem. You will leverage Azure and cutting-edge technologies to boost platform capabilities and guide engineers toward best practices. A key focus is integrating security across the SDLC and exploring AI-assisted development to enhance developer experience.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, build, operate and continuously improve a scalable platform and developer workplaces for teams
- Enable automation via CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and self-service tooling
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure cloud, automation tooling, and programming languages
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency
- Drive DevOps security with secure coding standards, SAST/DAST, and software supply chain security
- Support adoption of AI coding assistants and autonomous agents to improve developer workflows
- Act as trusted partner to development teams, guiding engineers and fostering a DevOps culture across the organization
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiar with tools related to developer workplaces, CI/CD, code security, and AI coding assistance
- Excellent English communication; German proficiency is a plus
