Maintain a comprehensive overview of client information, structure and manage processes. Serve as the central handler for a client’s claim, ensuring all details are captured and organised in the system. Review existing policies and coverage related to the claim. Collect all relevant information concerning the incident and prepare a clear, step‑by‑step overview. Act as the interface between the client, account managers and involved insurers to secure a transparent flow of information. Document all actions meticulously and ensure traceable records in the system. Identify early signs of escalation in complex situations and communicate them promptly. Work collaboratively with the team to enable a professional and solution‑oriented approach so that the client can restore operational capability quickly. Qualifications
Commercial background forming the foundation for structured work and professional client support. Extensive experience as an insurance clerk, preferably in commercial insurance, to quickly comprehend client‑specific requirements and implement solutions. Proficient use of digital applications (e.g., Microsoft365) to enable efficient processes and traceable documentation. Team‑oriented personality: ability to work closely with colleagues and contribute to shared results. Reliable, responsible approach that builds trust internally and externally, supporting long‑term client relationships. Offer & Benefits
We offer a flexible working model with defined core and operational hours, hybrid work possibilities, and a modern, ergonomically equipped workspace. The annual gross salary starts at a minimum of EUR40000 (€38.5hours per week), with the possibility to pay more depending on qualification and experience.
