We are looking for a Fullstack Webdeveloper (m/f/d) for our location in Gelsenkirchen, who will further develop and optimize our internal and customer-oriented web applications and implement new digital solutions.

Your tasks

In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks in the development and optimization of our digital systems.

Development and optimization of web applications

1. Further development and implementation of new functions for our website, our workflows and our ERP system
2. Frontend and backend development of our website and ERP system with PHP, JavaScript, Next.js and TypeScript
3. Optimizing the usability, performance and security of our digital platforms
4. Ensuring the technical scalability and maintainability of our applications

Backend & frontend development

1. Implementation of modern, responsive frontend solutions with Laravel and React
2. Backend development and connection of APIs for smooth data exchange between our systems
3. API development for internal and external web applications
4. Error analysis and troubleshooting to continuously improve system stability

Technological further development & process automation

1. Database development and programming for a MySQL and PostgreSQL database
2. Evaluation and introduction of new technologies to optimize our digital processes
3. Automation of internal processes through customized web solutions
4. Support with the integration and adaptation of software solutions for process optimization
5. Close collaboration with internal teams to develop innovative, digital solutions

Job requirements

Must-have

1. Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, software development or comparable qualification
2. Experience in full-stack development with modern technologies (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Laravel, React, PHP)
3. Experience with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and API development for internal and external web applications
4. Experience with GitHub and Postman
5. Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
6. Knowledge of plugin development for common CMS

Desirable (an advantage, but not mandatory)

1. Experience with modern web stores, CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments with a focus on AWS (incl. relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Developer or similar)
2. Knowledge of web security, performance optimization, Cloudflare (incl. relevant certifications such as Cloudflare Certified Partner or similar) and scalable web applications
3. Experience in connecting ERP and CRM systems
4. Knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira
