As a Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing contentious credit files and representing the Bank before the authorities.
You will actively contribute to risk control, the implementation of effective recovery strategies and the legal support of internal teams.
Your responsibilities Management of the contentious credit portfolio - Collect the necessary information and ensure full follow-up of commercial and real estate files of a contentious nature, - Conduct the required recovery procedures, - Draft procedural documents intended for the competent cantonal and federal authorities, - Participate in movable and immovable property sales within the framework of forced auctions, - Conduct negotiations with debtor owners, property management companies, insurers and other banking institutions, - Seek to minimise potential loss by implementing appropriate recovery strategies or arrangements, - Manage and enhance non-banking properties intended for resale.
Representation of the Bank - Represent the Bank before judicial and state authorities, - Coordinate the recovery strategy and monitor files entrusted to external agents, - Collaborate constructively with other Bank sectors, - Identify opportunities for sound operations likely to generate additional income, - Advise Front Office entities, - Participate in internal training of employees.
