Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, and Product Line teams), oversee project execution, and ensure the deployment of bid and project processes. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of quality, cost, and performance outcomes, and much more. /p pYou’ll specifically take care of managing and developing your team of Bid Managers, Project Managers, and Sub-System Managers, but also support operational activities like risk mitigation and improvement action plans. /p pWe’ll look to you for: /p ul liCoordinating bids and projects to achieve organizational strategic goals while minimizing portfolio risk /li liBalancing the portfolio to create optimal value for the organization /li liEnsuring timely resource allocation for bids and projects /li liDriving QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and performance accountability for project portfolios /li liManaging and developing a high-performing bid and project team /li liDeploying and monitoring bid and project processes across the site /li liProviding operational support to bid and project teams, including risk management and improvement initiatives /li liFacilitating collaboration between sites and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues /li /ul h3All about you /h3 pWe value passion and attitude over experience.
