Position based in Lausanne (with training at our premises in Geneva)
Your main tasks:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients; - Identify clients' needs and propose suitable services; - Ensure follow-up of files; - Arrange qualified appointments; - Work closely with all team members; - Comply with and monitor regulatory developments.
What we are looking for:
- You have good interpersonal skills demonstrated by successful commercial experience; - Customer-oriented, you are committed to providing the best service; - You have an excellent team spirit and know how to work independently; - You are familiar with the Swiss retail banking market or cross-border market; - You have a strong sense of rigour, are responsive and organised; - You are proficient with Office suite tools; - You speak French fluently (knowledge of German or Italian is a real asset); - Knowledge of the Finnova software will be a plus.
