Your next challenge: Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of BIL's strategic initiatives as a part of the bank's strategic plan Facilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the organization Research markets, competitors, and macro events to identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and recommendations Create reports, presentations and updates for the Board and Executive Management Perform other ad hoc projects as required Your skills: A strategic thinker with strong execution skills Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of strategy and/or corporate finance gained at an investment bank, consulting firm or BIG4 Fluency in both English and French - any other language would be an asset Bachelor's or Master's degree Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
