Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. We are looking for a Senior Private Assets Operations Specialist to join our Funds and Private Assets Services unit . Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team that plays a central role in supporting the strategic growth of our Private Assets offering.
Your role
- Execute subscription and transfer orders for Private Equity Funds and Private Placements.
- Book transactions after confirmation.
- Operate the Organized Trading Facility of Interests.
- Resolve issues arising from reconciliations.
- Coordinate the receipt of distributions in kind and process corporate events.
- Contribute actively to the projects and to the optimization of our activities.
- Support and liaise with internal clients on a daily basis.
- Manage risks associated with Private Assets operations.
Your profile
- University degree in Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Banking Operations, with a strong focus on Private Assets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Private Assets investments and the funds industry.
- Good user of Excel and generally at ease with various banking IT systems.
- Fluency in French and a good command of English.
- Rigorous, team player and sense of responsibility.
- Solution-oriented and ability to manage complex cases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
