To strengthen our team, we are looking for a 40% accounting assistant
Your missionIn direct collaboration with the Accounting / HR Manager, you will participate in maintaining proper accounting and the financial administrative follow-up of the company.
Your responsibilities
Accounts receivable•Invoicing (specialist shop, online store, vehicle sales) •Daily monitoring and accounting of receipts •Preparation of invoice corrections and credit notes•Management of reminders and debt collection
Accounts payable•Entry and accounting of supplier invoices in CHF/EUR •Execution of supplier payments and filing of invoices
Support for general accounting•Daily accounting of routine transactions •Cash management•Monthly account reconciliation•Preparation of VAT returns•Participation in the preparation of annual closings•Various administrative tasks and occasional cover
Your profile•Proven experience in a similar position•Good command of French, knowledge of German (an asset) •Comfortable with IT tools (especially Excel) •Reliable, discreet, organised and conscientious person
