DevOps Manager

A fast-moving fintech business is hiring a DevOps Team Lead to help scale and modernise their platform infrastructure. The company is disrupting capital markets through blockchain-enabled services and is now building out its DevOps maturity — this is a hands-on leadership role with real impact.

You’ll lead infrastructure strategy across cloud, CI/CD, and security, while improving deployment cycles for teams working in Node.js, C++, and Postgres environments. The platform is live, regulated, and growing — they need someone who can drive automation and reliability across dev, staging, and production.

Tech you\’ll work with:

• GitHub Actions (CI/CD), Pulumi, Ansible

What you\’ll bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Cloud ops skills (AWS ideally, Hetzner a plus)
• Proven background in DevOps best practices, tooling, and orchestration
• Ability to work closely with developers and product teams
• Good communicator who can align technical decisions with business goals
• Experience leading small DevOps or SRE teams
• Exposure to security practices, secrets management, or high-availability environments
• Comfort managing budgets or DevOps metrics
