IAM Expert - Manager

A top-tier Financial Services firm is seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager to take the lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their SAP IAM integration and broader access governance build-out .

This role is to focus on a complete build out of First line processes while also being instrumental in the development of their IAM build out.

This is a pivotal role with direct impact on regulatory alignment and risk control across the enterprise.

Key Requirements :

• Deep expertise in IAM design and delivery , with a specific focus on SAP integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta , Saviynt , or OneIdentity platforms.
• Proven background in highly regulated Financial Services environments , with a solid. understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk, DORA)
• Ability to work cross-functionally across the First, Second, and Third Lines of Defense , ensuring alignment with operational, risk, and audit stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and implementation across business and technical teams.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.

Compensation : Up to €115,000

Location: Frankfurt -hybrid/flexible setup
