Overview
As an Analyst in International Corporate Banking, you support Relationship Directors to manage corporate clients in the Nordic region, aligning bank offerings with client objectives. You help deepen relationships, identify solutions across the bank’s portfolio, and ensure a smooth onboarding and governance process. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver value, manage risks, and contribute to the growth of existing portfolios. This role offers exposure to strategic client engagement, risk-aware lending, and cross-border banking solutions that drive client success.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support Relationship Directors in managing and developing Nordic corporate client relationships
- Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and broaden wallet share
- Deliver banking and financing solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives
- Assist with onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth client experience
- Collaborate with product, risk, operations and support teams
- Maintain governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience in Corporate Banking and its products and client needs
- Stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and collaborative approach with desire to learn and develop
- Understanding of credit fundamentals, client risk assessment, and lending principles
- Experience supporting Relationship Management in banking or financial services
- Fluency in English; at least one Nordic language preferred
