Overview As a Business Information Security Officer for PBWM, you will safeguard the bank’s cyber risk posture by aligning business, technology, and security functions. You’ll oversee security controls, risk assessments, and governance to protect data, ensure compliance, and mitigate threats. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to implement policies and educate staff on safe practices. This role combines strategic risk leadership with hands‑on control testing and incident support to enable secure digital banking. You will influence decisions and drive improvements across the private banking and wealth management business. Verantwortungsbereiche Serve as the primary liaison between business, technology and security functions to support risk-aware decision making Execute risk assessments to identify and prioritise cybersecurity threats affecting bank operations and data Collaborate with business units to develop and implement security policies aligned to the risk management framework Manage the implementation, testing and monitoring of security controls across IT systems Deliver training content and sessions to raise cybersecurity awareness Lead complex cybersecurity incidents with IT and response teams to resolve cases Identify emerging cybersecurity trends and advocate adoption of new security solutions Handle Data Loss Prevention (DLP) alerts and oversee Access Request approvals Support the evolution of the digital landscape and protect PBWM’s cyber risk posture Zentrale Anforderungen Background in financial services with substantial cyber information security experience Proven experience implementing or managing cyber information security risk management processes and tools Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with experience in audits, controls, or security consulting Relevant cyber security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) and familiarity with standards such as NIST, ISO27001 (beneficial) Experience handling DLP alerts and Local Access Management (LAM) requests Understanding of regulatory landscape in Switzerland and related cyber information security requirements Broad understanding of technologies across environments Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and communicate complex information Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration Collaborative mindset Strong analytical and communication skills Leadership and owner mentality Cyber risk management Security controls testing and monitoring Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
