They will also be expected to demonstrate the Barclays Mindset – to Empower, Challenge and Drive – the operating manual for how we behave. /p pJoin us as a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Quality Assurance Analyst at Barclays on an eight-month fixed-term contract, working within a collaborative team responsible for reviewing Private Banking client files across the full client lifecycle. In this role, you will analyse CDD, KYC customer documentation, assess transactions and account activity, verify that evidence is complete and accurate, and identify documentation gaps, control failures, complex ownership structures and financial crime red flags. You will carry out quality assessments and sampling against internal standards, service level agreements and regulatory requirements, working closely with Financial Crime, Second Line of Defence, bankers and other business stakeholders to escal /p pTo be successful as a CDD Quality Assurance Analyst, you must have the following essential skills: /p br/ ul liExtensive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, CDD/KYC operations or Financial Crime investigations within banking. /li liStrong analytical skills to review Private Banking documents, transactions and account activity, identifying gaps, unusual patterns and financial crime red flags. /li liAbility to assess CDD, KYC and high‑risk customer files, including complex ownership structures, against internal policies and regulatory requirements. /li liStrong knowledge of AML, counter‑terrorist financing and sanctions, with the ability to document findings and elevate complex risks and communicate quality assurance findings. /li liExperience conducting quality assessments and sampling against internal standards, service level agreements and regulatory requirements. /li liAbility to communicate findings and collaborate with Financial Crime, Second Line of Defence and business stakeholders. /li /ul pSome other highly valued skills may include: /p br/ ul liExperience within Private Banking or Wealth Management, with exposure to complex client structures and higher‑risk profiles. /li liA continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify recurring documentation or control issues and recommend practical enhancements. /li liA methodical approach to investigations, with sound judgement when reviewing complex or incomplete information. /li /ul pYou may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology capabilities, as well as job‑specific technical skills. /p br/ pThis role is based in Geneva. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
