Function
Barco is seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing initiatives with our Resellers in DACH & CEE that will drive growth through the channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Barco sales leaders, channel team, and marketing team to create a channel marketing strategy aligned with regional sales priorities.
- Work with Resellers to maximize the leverage of the MDF program by aligning plans and activities with Barco’s channel growth strategy.
- Lead and manage Reseller MDF budget and proposals: review of activities, support to plans’ implementation, proof of performance and claims.
- Develop ways to measure, analyze, and report on channel marketing activities to drive improvement in programs and ROI.
- Partner with Channel Account Managers to plan and execute channel activities.
- Work with Barco across the organization to translate campaigns, programs, and product launches into channel marketing plans and actions.
- Create marketing kits, tools, and resources to enable marketing of the Barco portfolio through the channel.
- Work with channel partners and sales to understand the value proposition of Barco solutions and how they’re differentiated from other providers.
- Manage partner communication strategy and execution to keep the channel informed, enabled, and engaged.
Your Profile
- Minimum 1 year of channel marketing experience in the AV or IT industry.
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to bring together key stakeholders to work together collaboratively in executing marketing activities.
- Marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
- Analytical and strategic skills in a strive to grow channel revenue and marketing database.
- Project management.
- Some graphic design and copywriting skills a plus.
- Fluently speak and write English and German – extra languages are a plus.
- You are willing to travel up to 50% of your time.
