Your mission:
In close collaboration with the Director and the Quarry Manager, you take responsibility for the recycled products processing activity A true technical reference within the company, you are in charge of a new material recycling facility, from its implementation phase to its long-term development You ensure the monitoring of geological reports and material quality, current standards, R&D activities as well as geotechnical aspects You participate in the establishment of a testing laboratory, ensuring its proper management and monitoring You develop and maintain quality relationships with the various stakeholders related to the quarry, including engineering offices, competent authorities and nature protection organisations You contribute to the continuous improvement of practices by sharing your knowledge with the teams
Yourself:
You hold a higher technical education, ideally in civil engineering, geotechnics or an equivalent field Your curiosity for construction materials and your strong interest in extraction processes predispose you to the quarry environment A hands-on personality, humble and open-minded, you have practical sense as well as a taste for teamwork You have the ability to learn from others and to invest yourself in a small-scale structure to engage together in a long-term project Your technical credibility, combined with your interpersonal ease, allows you to communicate with a variety of interlocutors
