Finance Systems & Transformation Lead – MS Dynamics 365

I’m currently supporting an international company in hiring a senior Finance Systems & Transformation professional to take ownership of a complex and evolving finance technology landscape.
The position combines MS Dynamics 365, finance transformation, process optimisation and leadership, with significant ownership across the organisation.
The Role
- Own and continuously develop the finance systems landscape
- Design and implement scalable solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Translate Finance requirements into effective system solutions
- Lead and develop a team of finance systems professionals
- Drive automation, standardisation and process improvement
- Partner closely with Finance, Technology and other key stakeholders
- Support wider finance transformation initiatives and projects
Your Background
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Experience with ERP implementation, optimisation and/or solution design
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Track record in finance transformation and automation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English; German is not required
