pWe are supporting the growth of a medical-device organisation in Switzerland that is strengthening its RD function and looking to connect with experienced bSenior RD Engineers /b. /ppThis is an opportunity for an experienced medical-device engineer to take significant technical ownership across product development, from early-stage concept and design through verification, validation and transfer into manufacturing. /ppYou will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Clinical/Technical functions, helping shape robust engineering solutions within a highly regulated environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead engineering activities across the full medical-device product-development lifecycle. /liliTake technical ownership of complex product and component development projects. /liliTranslate user needs and product requirements into robust, manufacturable engineering solutions. /liliLead design activities including specifications, drawings, design reviews and technical documentation. /liliDevelop and execute design verification and validation strategies. /liliSupport design risk-management activities and ensure appropriate risk controls are incorporated into product designs. /liliLead technical investigations, root-cause analysis and design improvements. /liliProvide technical input into design-transfer and manufacturing scale-up activities. /liliWork closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. /liliMentor and provide technical guidance to more junior engineers. /liliContribute to engineering strategy, technology development and continuous product improvement. /liliRepresent RD in cross-functional project meetings and technical reviews. /liliSupport the resolution of complex technical and manufacturing challenges. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related technical discipline. /lilibSignificant RD/product-development experience within medical devices, MedTech, diagnostics or another highly regulated engineering environment. /b /liliStrong understanding of design controls and the medical-device product-development lifecycle. /liliDemonstrable experience taking products from concept through verification, validation and/or design transfer. /liliProfessional working proficiency in English; German /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
