I'm partnering with a growing consultancy to appoint an experienced VP-level pharmacometrics leader.
This is a strategic leadership role combining scientific leadership, client engagement, business growth and team development while remaining close to the science.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of the pharmacometrics function.
- Oversee complex programmes from early development through Phase III and regulatory submission.
- Act as a senior scientific partner to pharma and biotech clients.
- Support business development, proposals and client growth.
- Build, mentor and develop senior pharmacometrics talent.
- Provide scientific oversight while remaining hands-on when projects require it.
- Help shape scientific standards and the future growth of the organisation.
Ideal Background
- Significant experience in Pharmacometrics / Quantitative Pharmacology.
- Leadership experience at Director / Senior Director / VP level.
- Strong expertise across PopPK, PK/PD, MIDD, exposure-response or related modelling.
- Proven client-facing and project leadership experience.
- Commercially minded with a genuine passion for developing people.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-siloed environment.
