And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! /p h3About the role: /h3 pUnder the management of the Co Manufacturing Manager, the Co Manufacturing Planner is responsible for all demand and supply chain scheduling and execution for our (8) third party manufacturers in North America. This person will work closely with multiple departments to ensure that customer requirements are met, on time and in full. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 ul liPlan execute production capacity of subcontracted finished goods, daily process which requires close contact with Supply Planning as well as some internal BC manufacturing locations. /li liPlan and replenish all materials to ensure the plan can be executed, by location. Daily task that requires SAP experience as well as the ability to reach out and work with our local BC scheduling Logistics sites. /li liCoordinate subcontracting activities with internal departments, local demand and central planning, sales/customer service, sourcing, pricing, quality, marketing and logistics. Mostly on a weekly bases as plans are handed down from Supply Planning to the individual Co Mans. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with co-manufacturers. Weekly process through conference calls reviewing production and future capabilities and special projects. /li liCommunicate internally any shortages, delays or issues, this is done daily mainly with the Co man team. /li liProactively work with local planners to offset capacity issues at BC plants by providing subcontracting options. Weekly calls to walk through the plan as well as discuss short term bottlenecks and issues. /li liWork closely with subcontracting manager on product launches, changes and new developing projects for external production. Weekly / Monthly process as new projects and changes occur. /li liResponsible for the execution and the reconciliation of the CHEP pallet accounts. Weekly process to ensure every pallet / shipment is accounted for. /li liProcess and lead end of month, quarterly and end of fiscal year inventory reconciliations at the Subcontractors. /li /ul h3About you: /h3 ul liAbility to work with deadlines /li liAssociates degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience in a food environment. /li liExperience working in SAP and MRP, as well as proven math skills /li liComputer Skills (Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP) /li liDetail results oriented, Effective Team Leader /li liAbility to evaluate priorities and react as issues arise /li /ul h3What you can expect from Barry Callebact: /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package /li liEnvironment that welcomes workplace flexibility /li liAn atmosphere where diversity is embraced, and inclusivity is second nature.
