And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! /ph3About the Role /h3pThe Global Logistics CI PM - Process Intelligence leads data-driven continuous improvement across global transportation operations by leveraging transportation management and process mining capabilities. The role provides end-to-end visibility of transportation processes, identifies inefficiencies and value leakage, and translates insights into a prioritized improvement pipeline. Working across regions and functions, this position enables fact-based decision-making, process harmonization, and scalable optimization of cost, service performance, and compliance. /ph3Key Responsibilities Include /h3pLead end-to-end visibility of global transportation processes using process mining tools to monitor performance and identify deviations. /ppAnalyze operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual interventions, lead time variances, and cost leakage drivers. /ppDrive structured regional follow-up to support consistent execution of global transportation standards. /ppEnhance Global Transportation Excellence standards and identify adoption or performance gaps across regions. /ppQuantify financial and operational impact of improvement opportunities, including cost, service, productivity, and working capital benefits. /ppApply standardized methodologies for value calculation and baseline management. /ppConsolidate and prioritize improvement opportunities based on value, feasibility, and scalability. /ppLeverage data from process mining platforms, OTM, SAP, and related systems to generate actionable insights. /ppDevelop and maintain dashboards and analytical models aligned with business needs. /ppProvide fact-based recommendations to stakeholders and support governance, tracking, and realization of continuous improvement initiatives. /ph3About You /h3pMaster’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. /pp5+ years of experience in global transportation or logistics operations. /ppAt least 4 years of experience in process design, optimization, or efficiency programs. /ppProven project management and cross-functional stakeholder management experience. /ppStrong expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools, TMS platforms, and SAP data structures. /ppExperience in data-driven decision making, value identification, and quantification. /ppKnowledge of transport operations across multiple modes, including sea freight, bulk, and temperature-controlled logistics . /ppExperience implementing logistics continuous improvement initiatives and driving adoption of standards across regions. /ppAdvanced analytical, dashboard development, and data interpretation capabilities. /ppProfessional English communication skills; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage. /ppAbility to travel up to 25% and work effectively in a global environment. /ppAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
