And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! /ph3About the Role /h3pThe Senior Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance Manager in developing, executing, and maintaining Barry Callebaut's import and export trade compliance program across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role helps ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations, supports audits and government inquiries, and works closely with customs brokers and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain effective trade compliance controls and processes. /ph3Key Responsibilities Include /h3ulliSupport compliance with domestic and international import and export regulations across the US, Canada, and Mexico. /liliProvide day-to-day guidance on trade compliance matters, including tariff classification, valuation, FTAs, customs broker management, and export compliance. /liliAssist in developing and deploying import and export compliance programs, procedures, and internal controls. /liliHelp ensure compliance with applicable trade laws, regulations, licensing, and permit requirements. /liliSupport customs compliance programs for ocean, air, and truck shipments across US/CAN/MX operations. /liliCoordinate administration activities related to the CTPAT program. /liliConduct and support import compliance audits and related corrective actions. /liliPerform data analysis for transfer pricing and royalty reconciliation activities. /liliMaintain SAP tariff code master data and support tariff classification requests. /liliReview and elevate government inquiries and support internal and external audits and disclosures. /liliManage FDA site registration renewals and collaborate closely with customs brokers. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required . /liliAt least 5 years of customs and trade compliance experience across the US, Canada, and Mexico is required . /liliKnowledge of US, Canadian, and Mexican import and export regulations is required . /liliExperience with SAP and ERP systems is required . /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools, and data analysis is required . /liliExperience using the US ACE Portal is required ; CFIA experience is preferred. /liliProfessional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required . /liliStrong analytical, independent working, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are required . /liliAbility to work effectively in a remote, stand-alone environment and collaborate across teams is required . /liliLimited travel is expected. /li /ulpAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
