Leveraging on your broad experience of commercial contracts, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of corporate, commercial and legal operational matters. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to apply their experience in a law firm in an in-house legal function or continue their corporate journey in the exciting world of chocolate and cocoa! /ph3Key Responsibilities Include /h3ulliProvide general legal advice to the business and proactively manage and mitigate legal and regulatory risks related to Switzerland and our Global Cocoa Sourcing organization /liliDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, mainly related to sourcing activities and the manufacture, supply and distribution of our products /liliOversee and manage litigation and commercial disputes /liliSupport key legal operations processes, including corporate housekeeping, claims management and contract lifecycle management /liliSupport the implementation of the Group's ESG and Sustainability strategy /li /ulh3About You /h3ulli3-5 years of work experience in an internationally orientated law firm or a multinational company, ideally in a similar industry (i.e. food, manufacturing, commodity trading and sourcing) /liliMaster Degree in law, Swiss bar exam preferred /liliSolid experience in Swiss corporate law and contract drafting /liliHigh degree of professional ethics and integrity /liliHigh analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to simplify complex matter /liliOutstanding communication skills and ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization /liliExcellent command of English and German /liliA flexible, proactive, solution-oriented mind-set with a “can do” spirit and the ability to pragmatically solve legal issues and being able to prioritize under pressure /li /ulpAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
