OpenText certification in Content Server or AppWorks (required). 5+ years of hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms. Experience implementing large-scale ECM solutions using OpenText products, including Content Suite, AppWorks, and Archive Center. Experience with SOA-based architectures, including web service development and system integration. Desired Skills Knowledge and hands-on experience with IHE interoperability standards, including XCA and XDS (highly desired). Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF). Experience with agile methodologies and DevSecOps toolchains (e.g. Jira, Jenkins, Git). Experience with HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange protocols. Previous experience in Department of Defense (DoD) health IT environments (e.g., DHA, AHLTA, MHS GENESIS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
